The Problem We Lived
For 30 years, I ran sales teams. I used Salesforce for contacts, Asana for tasks, Google Sheets for pipeline tracking, a separate app for call scripts, and sticky notes for everything else.
Every morning started the same way: 20 minutes just syncing information between tools before I could do any actual work. My team was worse — new reps spent their first week just learning which tool to use for what.
I didn't need better software. I needed fewer apps that actually talked to each other.
